Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of items are not returnable. Perishable items such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products containing intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Cancellation

If you have placed an order with us and are eligible to cancel, please note that your order is subject to a $5.00 restocking fee

In order to complete your return, we Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).
Books with visible signs of wear
Open CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Any item that is not in original condition Damaged or missing parts due to an error not attributable to us

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within the specified number of days.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially issued.
Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

 

 

Promotional products (if applicable)
only items at the right price will be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gifter shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gifter and they will notify you of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, your replacement product may take different amounts of time to get to you.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
