The gem set bezel includes, 18 rubies and 18 sapphires set in the beloved Rolex Pepsi design and the lugs are covered with 76 brilliant diamonds. Its diamond-paved dial elevates this design, with luminous hour markers, a date window at 3 o clock and rose gold Mercedes hands. It is finished with a rose gold Oyster bracelet with diamond accents and fold-over clasp.
